How MediReach works
A deliberate, doctor-controlled flow — no always-on recording, always a human review before anything is finalised.
- 1
The receptionist registers the patient
At the front desk, the receptionist enters the patient's details and adds them to today's queue. This works great on a tablet or computer with a keyboard.
- 2
The doctor speaks the consultation
In the room, the doctor opens the patient and dictates naturally — complaints, examination, diagnosis, medicines — in their own clinical shorthand. Hindi, Marathi, and English mixed together is fine.
- 3
AI structures it into a clean record
MediReach organises the dictation into proper clinical fields and turns shorthand medicines into clear, plain-language instructions a patient can follow.
- 4
Review, confirm, and send on WhatsApp
Nothing is saved until the doctor reviews and presses Confirm. Then the prescription goes to the patient on WhatsApp — no printer required.
